Hummus with sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes and garlic
Everyone needs a great hummus recipe! Well, this version never disappoints.
Ingredients
- 200 g tinned chickpeas
- ½ tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Hand mixer
Directions
STEP 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until a smooth, creamy paste is formed.
STEP 2
Garnish with paprika powder and parsley.
