Lovely Crepes with baked apples
For 8 crepes
- 200 g Mix for Lovely Crepes
- 2 eggs
- 350 ml water
For the baked apples
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tsp of sugar
Combine the Mix, eggs and water with a whisk or with a mixer on a medium setting until you get a smooth batter.
Place a greased non-stick pan over medium heat. Tip: grease the pan after each crepe.
Spoon a large spoonful of batter into the pan. Fry until the crepe is golden brown on both sides.
Cut the apples into slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Melt a knob of butter in a pan and fry the apple slices until golden brown.
Serve the baked apples along with the warm crepes.2
