Heavenly Cake soft waffles
For 25 waffles
- 400 g Mix for Heavenly Cake
- 180 g dairy butter
- 4 eggs
- waffle maker
With a whisk, or with a mixer on a low setting, beat the butter until soft.
Add the Mix and the eggs to the soft butter.
Work the mixture with a whisk or with a mixer on a high setting for about 5 minutes until you obtain a smooth batter.
For each waffle, spoon two tablespoons of batter into a preheated waffle maker and bake until golden brown. Gently remove from the waffle maker with a waffle fork or skewer stick.2
