Fantastic Cookies with double chocolate
For 10 cookies
- 200 g Mix for Fantastic Cookies
- 70 g cold butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 g cocoa powder
Put the Mix in a bowl. Cut the butter into chunks and add them to the bowl. Finally, add the egg yolk and the cocoa powder. Knead the mixture by hand until you get a firm and homogeneous dough.
Shape into small balls of approx. 28 g. Flatten the balls until they are 2 cm thick.
Bake the cookies for approx. 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.3
