Blinis with sour cream, smoked salmon and lumpfish caviar

For 20 blinis
- 125 g Mix for blini
- 220 ml milk at room temperature
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1/2 pot lumpfish caviar
- a few sprigs of fresh dill
- Follow all the preparation instructions on the packaging and fry the blinis.
- Add the finishing touches with some sour cream, smoked salmon rosettes, the lumpfish caviar and fresh dill.
